This is our BIG WHY. Simple and Profound. Simple, yet difficult to accomplish daily. Simple and easy to communicate to live for our entire team.

As the leader of your club, you must determine the Why. What drives your team to perform? If everyone has a different purpose, how can your team perform exceptionally to deliver outstanding results? Every club is different and only you can determine this; however, you must determine this first before you can do anything else.
