New Joint Venture to Manage Heritage Hunt G&CC in Northern Va

Associa Community Management Corporation forms a joint Venture with Up to Par Management to Manage Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club

Gainesville, Va. — On Wednesday, December 22, Up to Par Management announced the addition of Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club to its portfolio of managed properties. This 10 1/2 -year contract is part of a new joint venture with Associa Community Management Corporation and includes the management of golf operations, food and beverage operations, membership, sales and marketing for the club.
