Lexington, Va. – Up to Par Management is proud to announce Natalia Contreras has been promoted to director of marketing. Contreras, who was promoted from her previous position as digital marketing manager for Up to Par, joined the company in February 2014.

Contreras is not a newcomer to the management industry. She brings nearly nine years of experience in the luxury, hospitality, and resort club industry, having worked for companies such as Savannah’s Candy Kitchen and The Landings Club. Holding a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design with a minor in advertising from the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design, Contreras spent the bulk of her career as a senior graphic designer, and later marketing manager, for The Landings Club, one of the largest private, residential golf clubs in the southeast.

In the seventeen months since she joined Up to Par, Contreras has already begun to leave her mark. Through her oversight of several of the company’s managed properties, she helped facilitate the branding or rebranding of four facilities, the redesign of seven websites and the implementation of reconfigured marketing processes, all while significantly increasing tournament and event sales and designing and managing the largest membership drive in company history.
Throughout her career, Contreras has been instrumental in increasing outreach to target demographics, implementing SEO strategies, reimagining website content and navigation, and increasing website views and social media audiences on a variety of platforms.
In her new role as director of marketing, Contreras will maintain her previous duties of overseeing specific properties, but she will also oversee the strategy of the entire marketing department including specific properties and the corporate brand.
